Nadja Louis-Jacques is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, reliable results for her patients. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed clinical training across respected institutions, including Maimonides Medical Center.
Her clinical focus includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and helping patients receive the right care at the right time. Nadja approaches medicine with clarity and structure, ensuring that every patient leaves their visit understanding their health, treatment plan, and next steps.
She is deeply connected to the communities she serves and speaks English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, allowing her to provide care with cultural awareness and effective communication.
Beyond her clinical work, Nadja is also an entrepreneur and mentor who actively supports women in the community and workplace.
